Important: In case you lodge your grievance
from your KYC-registered email ID, you will receive details of your shareholding information required to fill in INDEMNITY and AFFIDAVIT, including any reply letters sent to you. Please send at our registered office address duly completed
FORM ISR-1 and
FORM ISR-2 in case you have not sent earlier.
